If i travel whit airplane like from north Carolina to new jersey will the ask me for a green card?

i am a USA legal resident i am a green card holder and i would like to travel whit in the USA from north Carolina to new jersey that would be domestic air travel in the united state i have lived in USA for about 16 years now! and i never traveled out of the state of north Carolina. so, my question would be will they ask me a green card to travel to another state? or will i also have to go through immigration and customs?
