What is his deal? Is he just not that in to me?

You are suppose to be the mouse. Why are you the cat chasing a cat? Men have always been the pursuers. Let it go. I am sure that the next person will be into you just as much as you are in to him. You should not be texting ANY man. You should be responding to a text. You do not need anybody that will not keep in contact with every excuse in the book as to why he has not called, text or set another date for that matter. There is no confusion here. There is someone that is just perfect for you in every way, shape and form. You will get text, dates, flowers, gifts and everything that you want and need as a lady. He is just not that in to you....so sorry.
