Who can write a business agreement? How can someone write an agreement?

I came up with an idea for website business. My friends(two) and I decided to pursue this site idea. We are almost done with the website. We've agree on splitting the business's equity equally. So where can i get an agreement and how can i get an agreement? Who can write them? I am hoping to avoid fight over the share of business. Thanks for your time. Please help
