What was that one canadian tv show that played on CBLT(CBC) about two hockey players on a glacier?

It was back in the day, i have no idea what year it was but it was sort of like a canadian south park and one wore a red jersey and the other a red one. They lived on a glacier and it would sometimes crack in half or something? it was on maybe between 2000-2006 but it's off the air now. There was also a polar bear or the abdominal snow man or something of sorts. If you know what i'm talking about, please let me know what the name of that show is! Thank you![:
