Someone that is good at 9th grade math?

It's clear that you don't need help with anything conceptual; you just want someone to do the assignment for you. Please at least try it yourself first. If your teacher asked you to complete this and you cannot, this should be a warning sign that you are falling behind and need to study more or see your teacher for help.
